amazement.

hello people.
sorry for not updating!
life's hectic for me.
in a blink of eye, almost a year is gone!
and it's the end of the year.
time is passing so fast, yeah?

finally my mid course exam (aka promos) r over!
it ended ard 2 weeks ago?
yeps. and i got back most of my results.
some were alright and some were disappointing.
perhaps complacency took over me.
tml will be getting back my econs paper.

condition to get promoted:
2 H2 and 2 H1 passes OR 3 H2 passes

in the beginning of the year,
i ponder whether is JC life really that tough,
cos i've seen people failing and getting retained.
throughout my sec sch i rarely fail (except for maths)
i thought that it was perhaps not easy to fail.
but time proved me wrong.

JC life is hectic, (aka no life)
everyday's life = study, do pw, watch tv, use com, do hwk, eat and sleep.
haha. perhaps this is what typical JC students would do.
but what many people said are true.
it's just 2 years, just bear with it, pull through and it'll soon be over.
yeah, a year is going to end.
and i hope i can pull through.

my mid course results are as follow:
H1 GP - S
H1 Chinese - C
H1 Bio - B
H2 Math - E
H2 Chem - U (im super disappointed. but cher said will moderate.) :(
H2 Econs - ? (will only receive it tml but i really hope i can pass)

my mid course exam takes up 60% of my overall results.
the rest of the 40% constitutes my CA and my summer test (aka mid yr) results.

i think i should be able to get promoted.
cos i should be able to pass for my overall chem
furthermore, it's going to be moderated.
the reason why im really sad abt my results is cos somehow i did quite badly.
although there were some improvements.

summer test results were:
H1 GP - S
H1 Chinese - E
H1 Bio - S
H2 Math - U
H2 Chem - B
H2 Econs - C

as compared to the mid course results,
there are some sort of swap between some subjects.
though there were improvements,
im still v disappointed in myself. :(
but it's ultimately God's grace that im able to attain this result.
cos i realize that im actually quite slack as compared to my friends.
i only started revising in the last 2 weeks.

also, the improvements for bio for instance was almost seen as impossible.
i've been failing through my 3 terms.
it's only from term 4 then i was able to pass bio.
it is really God's grace that i am able to get B this time.
not to hide, i studied a day before my paper.
sometimes i am really amazed by His power and grace.

sigh, next week would be Pw and Chinese intensive.
cos early nov is 'A' lvl Pw and Chinese already.
i'm very scared and nervous.
cos im afraid that i cant present well.
but my pw presentation constitutes 40% of the total marks. :(
im afraid i'll stumble upon my words,
or perhaps i can't answer the accessors' qns well.
grrrrr... im really very scared. :(

oh yah. surprisingly i havent go for shopping for at least 2 mths i guess.
haha. gonna go out jalan jalan.
and i miss my subway macadamia white chip cookie!

i was helping nat's pw grp to participate in their pilot test today.
we had to put the country erasers together,
it's domino.
it's tough to put them tgt cos one small push,
all of the erasers, one by one, will fall.
and doom! all the effort is gone.
i failed twice.
but it was ok.
cos in my mind, i wanted to make a very nice domino, a heart.
i failed but i continued to place each eraser to it's position.
my friends were amazed how much patience and resilence i have got.
(im actually not a very patient person)
but perhaps i wanted to succeed in making the domino.
if not for the belief that i can do it,
i doubt i will succeed and perhaps i would have given up.

it actually struck me.
domino is just like our lives,
it's full of up and down.
i guess i would have to learn to apply the 'never give up' spirit in my life.
i must learn to have more confident in order to see the product.

i did succeed in making a domino.
i made a ' i heart u'
will ask nat to send the photos/videos to me
and i'll upload it.
i want to present the photo to my bf,
while i was doing the domino, he was on my mind
and the reason why i persist on is cos i wanted to make the domino for him.
and that was the motivation that kept me going.

and lastly,
thank you dear, for being with me all these while.
thank you for supporting me, not giving up on me
holding me and pulling me through all these difficult times.
im sorry for all the time i caused u to be unhappy.
i really want to be with u for the rest of my life. (:
i love u lots. happy 1 year 2 mths 3 days.

yeps. i had an enjoyable holiday.
should say, a very relaxed and 'slack' one.
haha. but time passed too fast!
and school is starting just NEXT WEEK!
cant believe it! :(

camporama was great, i suppose.
cos of the rain! haha.
we have to sleep in the classrooms rather
than the tents that we usually do.
and its my last camp already. :(
i love the sunset there, it's BEAUTIFUL!
but always got bullied by them, i meant the girls. lol

i went lots to place for shopping during the hols.
especially with my sis. lol. ok.
so i bought alot of stuffs.
one of the day, i met my sec sch cliques up.
we went orchard. for shopping!
haha. it's fun being with them.
cos it's been a long while since i last saw them.
in the end all of us spent lots of money till so broke
and took LOTS of photos. haha.
and i bought a VERY NICE guess bag for only $19.90!
haha. cos i used $60 taka voucher. lols.
i still left $20 frasterpoint voucher. but like nth to buy.

i had a great birthday!
at first din plan to have a party.
it was SUPER LAST MINUTE! haha.
it's like 2 days before, when he tot that he's
coming to my hse for celebration,
then i decided to have a party. haha.
just one day before my bday then i ordered my cake
and bought all the ingredients with my dad
at sheng shiong. lols. both of us were SO BLUR there.
we dunno what is what and where were the food.

and yeah. i got lots of presents and of cos ang bao. haha. $.$
lol. but most were clothes; shorts, tees, dresses. etc.
necklance and bracelets and a ballerina hanger to hang them.
but there's a special one.
a BUNNY! i tot it was a POOH when i first saw it.
cos it was yellow in colour.
my friends bought it for me, so nice to hug! haha.

cos we had to go back just for few hours.
on mon, we went back to practise oral. =.=
subsequently were more important subjects.
but thinking of school just makes me feel SO sian. :(

yeah, as i've said on the previous post,
i went shopping w my sis on fri.
we went town.
went to eat at cine then spent hours in taka
deciding on the things we want to buy.
reason why we wanted to go taka shop is cos
we had shopping vouchers!!
whahaha!
i saved my shopping vouchers esp for GSS!
in the end i only bought a bag and sis got herself a shoes!
but i still left $60 shopping vouchers.
gonna go down again one day to finish it!
not forgetting centrepoint too!

this was on sat. at first we were supposed to go for service.
dad drove us to church then wefound out that there's
no service. in the end, we asked our dad to bring us to
Marina Square for shopping! SO! my sis and i went there
and bought so many stuffs!

hmm, actually got nth much to update. haha.
yeps, actually i nid to go cip on last sat de,
but i was really v sick, so went to see doctor instead.
actually i was sick since wed(if im nt wrong).
but i din wan see doctor.
yeps, i got myself medicine from the doctor.
he said i had abit of throat infection, it's super pain lar!
as usual, i had phlem and flu.
oh yah! and throughout my life of having antibiotics,
this was the first time that i found out that
antibiotics DONT smell nice. it's smelly!
at first i tot the doctor gave me expired pills,
but after asking my mom, she told me that
all along antibiotics smells like that.
I was SHOCKED!
perhaps cos everytime when i had antibiotics,
i always had blocked nose.
yah, i guess that's the reason why!
no wonder he always dont like take antibiotics,
maybe it's the smell, cos the pills stink!

for the past 4 days i've being having congee!
haha. im so proud of myself.
cos i've nt been eating rice till dinner just now.

frm valentine day till today, i went airshow in feb w him. (:
went JSC in march hol and skit as serpent in good friday.
JC life ah? typical. hwk. test. hwk. test. hwk. test. and hwk and test.

actually i dont really have anything to blog abt.
but i had road run ytd.
it was a 3.2km run.
i din even ran 2.8km since my last NAPFA test last yr.
even during the PE lessons, we had interval trainings instead.
but it's tedious enough.
BUT!
im so proud of myself.
though i didnt got into top 20, im at least the 33rd position ok?
haha. i hope he'll b proud of me too. (:
